IIRC this was DR16 as 17 was too unstable still. Enlightenment was absolutely the most gorgeous WM at the time, no contest.
DR16 was absolutley revolutionary for its time - nothing else had those translucent menus and those wild themes that made Windows users jealous back in the day.
