What alternatives are there? I know there’s GIMP, but are there any other options?

I’m trying to wean my wife away from these parasitic subscriptions, but she is a graphic design and insists photoshop is the only thing that she can work on

So not a truely European replacement for Amazon.

Bol was great while I lived in NL, but now I’ve left, I’m struggling to find a good replacement
