Easy fleet management tools
Linux is the king of fleet management tools.
Get a second pc and a kvm switch
I did 100TB, 100 streams of 1TB, all simultaneous with rsync
Red Hat, because it’s free for developers and used by a lot of enterprises.
OpenShift Virtualization
Why replace Hashi if you’re in the RH or IBM ecosystem? Why replace it at all if you’re an enterprise? They have enterprise support.
I’m sure enterprises are just running for the door, just like they did when IBM bought Red Hat. Also Hashicorp. Enterprises are going to dump Terraform because it’s closed source and owned by IBM
Microsoft Planner. It integrates well with thr rest of the M365 suite, and work pays for it, so whatever.
Windows is such a tiny piece. The real question is: will companies ditch M365 for Linux? Anyone who has used Teams on Linux knows how much it sucks.
I was gonna say this is my favorite, with IRCn on top. It’s been a while since I connected. Is EFNet still around?

HP office keyboard from 2010 (The cadillac of keyboards), and somewhere around 90 WPM.
Fan limit switches are airspeed based, at least the ones I used. They’re used to make sure things like furnace blowers are actually working, otherwise cut off the heat.
The simple way is to use a fan or blower limit switch. The more complicated way would be to use a mass airflow sensor and something like a Raspberry Pi to control the speed of your hood vent.
So these cards have only heatsinks and no fans. They’re designed to be used in hot/cold aisle facilities with the server cooling package moving the air. You’re going to need to work around that if you want to use one, or you’ll quickly overheat the card.
