Both are programmed to harvest every single bit of information you input into it, including access other devices on your network if you use wifi.
Buy the one with the nicest camera I guess.
If you care about privacy, get a Pine phone.
Don’t you just go into your normal android settings, go to connections, mobile internet hotspot, toggle it on? When are you ever prompted to pay for anything? Why do you need a separate app??
It’s not a service you pay for. It’s part of your phone’s operating system. If you’re using a vanilla version of Android or iOS, it’s a standard feature.
Android phones do not officially support anything except for the distro that came installed.
That being said, any android phone theoretically can run any android custom rom, as long as the CPU is compatible.
