For me the “add to home screen” shortcut turns into “install” when the page fully loads. Try opening the site in a new tab and open the menu while it’s still loading

From the screenshot it looks like you can type in the page number? That’s pretty neat
I think OpenBoard is as close as it gets. There are no features like stickers but the layout is very similar.
